The Constitution may be amended only at General Assembly. Any proposed changes or additions to the Constitution shall first be sent to the Secretary General for discussion only at the Executive Committee meetings and dissemination to members.

General consensus for the adoption of the amendment shall be required from two-thirds of the quorum of the General Assembly of the Federation.

The latest version of the Consitution was amended during the 12th AUSF General Assembly (Session Two) held in Dubai, UAE from 7-8th May 2023.
