Almaty, Kazakhstan – the 2nd Asian University Futsal Championship continued in Baluan Sholak Sport Palace.
The game between China and Tajikistan opened the day. Tajikistan players reacted very quickly, and scored the first goal by Tajikistan forward Sardorov Faizali. Ten minutes later, his teammate Cevlikov Sobir grabbed the chance to make a successful shooting. Despite of having been left behind by 2 points, the Chinese team didn’t lose their courage to fight, and kept to cheer up for themselves. During the last few minutes, Tang Zhaochi from China scored 2 goals, who was absolutely the savior of his team. The match ended up as 2:2.
Then the game between Mongolia and Kazakhstan national team started. The Kazakhstan player Dauren Tursagulov made a goal break throgh and kicked in just after the match began. The Mongolian team eaned one goal by Gantulga Bayarsaikhan and caught up with his opponent before the end of the first half. In the second half, the Kazakhstan team shot 3 consecutive goals, and won the game with the final score of 1:4.
Then it was the big time for Iran and Turkmenistan. The Iranians showed their talent and scored 6 goals in the first half. However, Turkmenistan team also spared no efforts and earned one goal at the last minute. The score was finally nailed as 6:1.
The last game of the day was presented by Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan Dostyc University team. Taku Pavel from Kazakhstan Dostyc University team scored the first goal with the help of his teammates’ triangle passing. In no more than 10 minutes, Iliya Mun from the same team created several crises in the penalty zone and earned another 2 goals. After that, Urmat Duishebekov from Kyrgyzstan hit back with a beautiful long shot at the end of first half. After a short break, the Kazakhstan Dostyc University team totally controlled the game, earning 6 goals in just 15 minutes while Kyrgyzstan only got one. The final score was 8:2 in favor of Kazakhstan Dostyc University team.
Tomorrow will be the last day of the preliminary round. Let's wait and hope to witness more fantastic matches!
