Chang Nyeong - On 23rd July, despite of the heavy rain in the early morning, athletes were not affected by the bad weather and continued with training. Athletes from eight teams rode bikes and practiced in the morning. They checked their conditions and the race courses.
In the afternoon, Team Manager Meeting and Judge Meeting were hosted.During the Team Manager Meeting, the Chief Referees introduced the competition rules. The TD checked the rider licenses, and confirmed the sequence of athletes in Time Trial.

In the judge meeting, the chief judge briefed on the roles and responsibilities of the judges, and how they should conduct their duties and maintain communication with the organizing committee.
