Taipei, Chinese Taipei- Endorsed by AUSF and supported by FISU, the 1st Asian University Women’s Basketball Championship will be held in Taipei from September 6th to 11th by Chinese Taipei University Sports Federation(CTUSF). 7 teams from China, Hong Kong, China, Republic of Korea, Macau China, Mongolia, Thailand and Chinese Taipei will be compete in this upcoming Championship. 

The draw for the Championship was held on August 26th,  being conducted by CTUSF Deputy Secretary General Hong-Chi LEE and witnessed of Technical Delegate and AUSF Secretariat via teleconference. According to the result, the 7 participating teams were devided into Group A and Group B.

Group A: MGL, TPE, CHN, HKG

Group B: MAC, THA, KOR

Further information on the Championship will be announced at the Head of Delegation Meeting scheduled on 5th September.
