Kampala, Uganda - The executive committee of FASUis holding a two-day meeting in Kampala - Uganda at the FASU Secretariat. Day one of the first meeting to be held at their offices ended successfully on 29^th September, 2016.

While opening the session, the FASU president stressed the need for FASU to aim for self-sufficiency in order for activities to be carried out properly.

The executive committee discussed various issues including, Minutes from previous meeting and matters arising; Reports from the Secretariat and FASU Zones; Membership and subcommittees.

The Executive is expected to consider applications for hosting the 9^th, 10^th and 11^th FASU Games 2018, 2020 and 2022 respectively when they convene again tomorrow 30^th September 2016 at the Offices of University Sports Uganda.
