2017 Asian-Pacific University Futsal & Cheerleading Championship: Day Four 21 Sep 2017 | in Cheerleading,Futsal

Lingwu, China- on Sep. 21th, the competition of 2017 Asian-Pacific University Futsal & Cheerleading Championship lasted 4 days. Two matches were played, which were both broadcasted by Jing-Sports.

The first match was between Chinese Taipei and New Caledonia, starting at 16:00. Chinese Taipei kicked in the first ball right after 3 minutes, which aroused the tenseness of New Caledonia team, who fought fiercely and made the first tie in the next 2 minutes. Both of the 2 teams played well and showed their real level of competition. They caught up with each other goal by goal. Until the end of the halftime, the match was tied by 3:3. In the second half, both sides fought hard, but New Caledonia took the lead by 2 scores in the first 10 minutes. Finally, New Caledonia beat Chinese Taipei by 7:5. 22nd Sep. will be the last day of preliminary round. Both Chinese Taipei and New Caledonia will have one more match. In the previous competition day, Chinese Taipei lost 2 matches, while New Caledonia lost one and tied one.

The second match was Kyrgyzstan vs. China. It was an important match for both of the teams. The winner would enter into the semi-finals, because both of teams won 2 matches and lost 1 match. So both of the teams did their utmost to fight. The Kyrgyzstan team gave a big blow to China team at the first 3 minutes by scoring 2 goals, which made the China team unconfident in attacks. It gave Kyrgyzstan the chance to score another goal. While, at 4'40, Danibaev Akparaly, No. 10 form Kyrgyzstan received a red card, which gave China team the chance. Chinese boys grasped the opportunity, scoring 1 goal. The first score earned more confidence for Chinese boys, who started to be relaxed and more focused on the cooperation and tactics. They kept on giving the pressure to Kyrgyzstan goal keeper. Although the first half ended by 3:1, with Kyrgyzstan taking the lead, China team performed better and better.

In the second half, China changed tactics, from defence to offence, which made the China team score the second goal. It happened at 2'13'' of the second half. The score not only lighted up the China team, but also the audience, who kept on cheering for the Chinese boys. With 10 minutes left, China tied the match, which gave the pressures to its opponents, who started to make the fouls. But it did not make any effect on Kyrgyzstan' s leading. Kyrgyzstan scored the forth ball. Although China team kept on attacks, Kyrgyzstan's tense defence gave China team no chance to catch up until 37'40. But the fouls of Kyrgyzstan team gave China team a penalty kick, which tied the match at 4:4. When all the audience were soaked in the joys, China team feasted the audience with a second score with 40 seconds and took the lead by 5:4. With 2'20 left, China gave Kyrgyzstan no chance to score any more ball. The match ended with 5:4, which made China enter into the semi-finals. It was the best result of China in AUSF Futsal Championship.
