Tehran, Iran- the Appreciation Ceremony to Iranian student medalists of 29^th Summer Universiade in volleyball, wushu, archery, fencing, weightlifting and taekwondo was held on March 5^th in Students Affair Organization with the attendance of Vice Minister of Ministry Of Science, Research And Technolog, Dr. Sadighi, Vice President of National Olympic Committee of Iran, Dr. Bagherzadeh, President of NUSF of Iran, Dr. Dehkhoda, all physical education department managers as well as Executive Committee of the Federation.

After the speech from the Vice Minister and the President, the program for increasing female participation in next universiade was announced. All the attendees were informed about organization of the preparation games related to next universiade from now .  

Iran delegation won 23 medals (8 gold, 4 silver, 11 bronze) in 29^th Summer Universiade and was the 10^th country in the ranking list.
