Jinjiang, China- with 6 days to go until the official start of 2018 AUSF Football Cup, AUSF Technical Delegate Goutam Kar, AUSF Secretariat staff Wang Jiangang and Irene Wang, Malaysia University Sports Council Secretariat staff, Sport Executive Farahiza Bintirazali, had a meeting with OC volunteer department and venue department as well as volunteer representatives for the first time to exchange views and set outlines of the events together.

After volunteering work experiences shared by Farahiza and Irene, the meeting continued on technical preparation especially on venue preparation and competition protocols. 6 competition venues and 6 training venues have been identified for this championship and altogether there will be 320 volunteers working for the event. Each venue will be led by 1 venue coordinator, assist by 1 assistant and 3 translators. Tomorrow, the competition protocol rehearsal will be done by Technical Delegate, venue coordinator and volunteers in 1 of the venues.
