Jinjiang, China- the Coordination Meeting was convened on the morning of Oct. 28, with the attendance of AUSF President Xue Yanqing, who is also the CISCA Chair this time, Vice Secretary General Huang Shaowei and Wang haifei of the Organizing Committee(OC) as well as all heads of different departments of OC and referee representatives. After reports of each department, AUSF President Xue thanked the Organizing Committee for their good preparation and dedication to the Cup. On behalf of the OC, Mr. Huang Shaowei promised to make every efforts to guarantee the events and make it a unforgettable memory for all the participants.

The accreditation started from the afternoon of Oct. 28. By the night of Oct. 29, most men's team from Hong Kong China, Iran, Korea, Saudi Arabia, Macau China, Malaysia, Mongolia, Oman, Singapore, Thailand, Chinese Taipei, UAE and host China and women's teams from Mongolia, Singapore, Thailand, Chinese Taipei and host China will finish their accreditation.

On Oct. 31, the first match will is between ACT from Oman and MNIPE from Mongolia and the girls match will start at 15:00 on Nov. 1 between NTU from Singapore and MNUE from Mongolia.
