Macau, China is ready for 1st Asian University Karate Championship 14 Apr 2019 | in Karate

Macau,China- as Karate will be the debut appearance in the 2020 Summer Olympics and the popularity of this sport grows among Asian youth, Macau Universitarian Sports Association(ADUM) proposed to host the 1st Asian University Karate Championship in Macau, China from 15th to 17th April. In order to make sure all details are well prepared, the CISCA meeting was held on the evening of 14th April.

“With the successful experience of past AUSF events held in Macau,China, we will keep promoting the karate and encouraging more people to join it.” said AUSF CISCA Chair, Jargalsaikhan Dorjsuren,.

During the meeting, Technical Delegate Tengan Kazuma confirmed the integral detail and process once again. Besides, OC President Lou Kit Long, OC Secretary General Giselle Lou, AUSF CIC Irene Wang,  Technical Manager AO Chak Kuong, and Assistant Technical Manager Lam Kam Cheong joined discussion of the whole schedule, technical items about competition as well as checked any link of the tournament is all set.

All delegations have arrived in Macau and everyone is looking forward to the beginning of this championship. The Opening Ceremony will be held on 15th at Macau Fisherman’s Wharf, competitions will take place on 16th and 17th at Tap Seac Multisport Pavilion.
