A workshop will increase players' interaction, help them understand certain aspects of themselves better, and prevent any sports injuries from getting more serious. The Education Committee of AUSF held a workshop on the topic "Biomechanics and common musculoskeletal injuries in overhead sports." Physiotherapy expert Yu-jen CHEN (TPE) had been invited to share on the practical concepts of sports injuries prevention.
