In India, AUSF Run Challenge was celebrated at KIIT-KISS Athletes Stadium among students from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) and Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS). The event was organised by KIIT University in association with Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

The participants in India made the Challenge even more challenging. 10 students from KIIT University participated in the AUSF Run Challenge 2022 from 16-20th September and covered a total distance of 30KM each of them during the five days.

Dr. Achyuta Samanta, Founder of KIIT & KISS, conveyed his best wishes to all the participants and encouraged them to practice harder for the better record.

AIU also celebrated IDUS in more creative and unique manner by organising sports events like Half Marathon, Yoga and Indian Folk Dance Bhangra activity (cultural event), involving with 5700 university students, staff, and the local community at Jain University, Bangalore Chandigarh University, Mohali and KIIT and KISS University.
